ICD is led by Dr Osamah Qureshi, who is involved in student recruitment, English language training and testing, educational fairs, and outreach activities. His work spans educational partnerships, testing services, teacher development, and international student engagement.

Dr Osamah Qureshi serves as Director of the Institute of Career Development and has worked in student recruitment and education services in Pakistan since 2002. Under his leadership, ICD has grown as an authorised test centre and teaching qualification provider, with centres in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
